SEA specializes in the development and maintenance of JOVIAL language compilers and the JOVIAL Integrated Tool Set (ITS):  a set of software support tools used for the development of embedded avionics systems. 

SEA also designs and hosts websites, provides expert consulting in small business networking design and consults on software development efforts both large and small.

Founded in 1977, SEA has been supporting the United States Air Force and other Department of Defense organizations in the development and maintenance of operational systems such as the C130, F16, C17, MLRS, B2, and the F117.

Grounded in developing, maintaining, and enhancing the JOVIAL language compiler, SEA has assisted major programs in porting their legacy JOVIAL applications to new development platforms as well as retargeting their systems to new embedded machine architectures such as the PowerPC and MIPs processors.
